This project included installing a custom-designed mezzanine floor, industrial partitions, and high-durability flooring, along with electrical, data, and lighting solutions tailored to a busy warehouse environment.

Mezzanine and Warehouse Fit Out Solutions

CID Workspace’s fit out services included constructing a robust mezzanine floor, partitioning the space with industrial-grade walls, fitting heavy-duty racking, and integrating essential power, lighting, and HVAC systems. The mezzanine floor was the key element, adding significant vertical storage space that streamlined operations and maximized the use of the warehouse area.

Partition Walls

CID Workspace installed durable partition walls that supported distinct zones within the warehouse. A 3.3-meter wall divided the mezzanine floor from active areas below, establishing a controlled, organized space. Sound-reducing boards in WC partitions further enhanced the workspace, reducing noise levels and ensuring an efficient workflow.

Mezzanine Floor for Increased Storage

The 284-square-meter mezzanine floor was a focal point of this fit out, adding significant storage capacity without expanding the warehouse footprint. Designed to support heavy loads, the mezzanine featured reinforced flooring, a secure staircase, and a pallet gate for safe loading and unloading. A fire-rated ceiling below the mezzanine further enhanced safety, creating a fully compliant and functional space for French Garden London Fresh.

CID Workspace installed high-durability flooring throughout the warehouse and on the mezzanine level. Altro Walkway vinyl was chosen for areas with frequent traffic, while additional reinforcement was added on the mezzanine floor to support heavy racking and equipment.
