Great communication is the key to any successful project and at CID we talk to our clients every step of the way, from the initial design stage, to the day of hand over and beyond. Each and every client is provided with a detailed floor plan and specification to ensure that both parties have a clear understanding of everything that has been agreed.

Deadlines

Every project has a dead-line. Circumstances often create dead-lines which are shorter than ideal but at CID we are used to working to tight deadlines. We don’t make promises we can’t keep and will make every effort to ensure that your project is completed on time.

Knowledge

Our project management team has the know how to deliver even complex fit out and refurbishment projects. Our combined years of experience in the commercial interiors sector is greater than we’d like to admit so you can rest assured that your project is in experienced and competent hands.

Quality

Delivering a project on time is not a reason to reduce the quality of the workmanship. Our site supervisors and their teams work to ensure that everything we build is of the highest quality and exceeds industry standards.

Safety

We are never prepared to compromise on safety and consider the well-being of our contractors and your staff to be of paramount importance. Our pre-contract Health and Safety pack will cover every aspect of Health and Safety to ensure that we meet regulations and ensure the safety of everyone on our sites.
